Four months ago 78 cooperation projects were submitted as applications to Interreg Baltic Sea Region. Now, the Programme’s Monitoring Committee selected and approved the best 35 project applications for funding. Scandria®2Act is one of them. Altogether, more than 90 € million out of 264 € million from the European Regional Development Fund were now allocated to these projects. Authorities from local, regional and national levels, research and training institutions, sectoral agencies and associations, NGOs and enterprises from around the Baltic Sea will work together for three years striving to make the Baltic Sea Region more innovative, more sustainable and better connected. The Scandria®2Act Project has been approved together with NSB CoRe and TENTacle. The three projects are going to cooperate and - with the collaboration of the TEN-T Core Network Coordinators as well as the Transport Policy Coordinators of the EUSBSR – going to make the BSR a laboratory for Multi-Level Governace in the transport sector.
